with Fetta cheese marinated in herbs and olive oil,
served with freshly baked baguette

Smoked salmon, served with creamed cheese, spanish onion, capers & ciabata bread

Followed by:

Whole Atlantic Salmon poached in wine and fresh herbs

Freshly made quiches: vegetarian, with creamy fetta, sweet potato, spanish onion, rosemary & kalamata olives
& traditional ham and cheese

Potato & Poppyseed Salad

Carrot & Sultana Salad with Walnuts

Fresh Basil Penne Pesto

Fresh Mushroom Salad in Soy Viniagrette

Platters of seasonal fruits & Australian cheeses and crackers

Freshly brewed plunger coffee, & a selection of Twinings Teas

 

Fresh local seafood can be added to the menu, and is priced as follows:

Large Sydney Rock Oysters $6/person

Fresh Australian Prawns $6/person

Pricing Structure

$25.00 per person. Minimum 20, maximum 75 guests.

Hawkesbury River cruising time is charged at $395 per hour or part thereof.
Pittwater/Brisbane Waters cruising time is charged at $495 per hour or part thereof.*

Sydney Harbour cruising time is charged at $595 per hour or part thereof.*
